Chile’s Star striker, Alexis Sanchez is set to become Manchester United’s highest paid player. This is as the both parties have agreed the terms of a four-and-a-half year transfer contract.
Sanchez will likely complete a move to Old Trafford today, Thursday. This is according reports in Chile. Manchester City pulled out of the race to sign him because they felt the transfer fee and his wage demands were too high.
However, United appear happy to pay the £35million Arsenal is reportedly demanding, plus a sign-on fee and fees for his agent. But it is not those figures that have got everyone talking.

That’s much more than first anticipated and The Mirror report it would mean he would earn 80p a second.
